What we collect

When you fill in our onboarding form or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share with us — typically your name, email address, and details about your business and goals. That's it. We don't track you across the web, and we don't build hidden profiles.

How we use it

We use your information for one reason: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you've asked for. That includes preparing a proposal, scheduling calls, sending invoices, and supporting you during your project.

We never sell your data

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The only people who see your data are members of the MROKX team working on your project, and the trusted tools we use to run our business (email, hosting, and payments).

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it's useful — to deliver your project, to meet legal or accounting requirements, and to keep a record of our work together. When it's no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what we have on file, correct it, or delete it entirely. Just email management@mrokx.com and we'll take care of it within a reasonable timeframe.
